Shipping Info

How much is shipping: Shipping in Italy is FREE.We offer a flat shipping rate of 5.50 euros for all EU orders via Regular Mail and FREE shipping for all orders over 29 euros. We also offer Expedite Mail for 9 euros and Tracked Mail for 10 euros.

Exchange / Returns: Email us at info@nvseurope.com with your order number, product you would like to return and the exchange product you wish to receive. In line with current legislation, all returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. It is recommended to use a shipping method with tracking. Any cost differences on exchanges will be refunded or charged during the exchange process. Refunds will be delivered only after the product is received and examined.

Which shipping company do you use: We ship most orders via SDA Express Courier. We may use a different shipping method or carrier at our discretion in order to expedite the delivery.

Do you offer tracking numbers: Tracked Mail are shipped with a trackable shipping method. Once the order is shipped you will be emailed the tracking number and a link to track the package.

What is the delivery time: Delivery time varies depending on your location. Regular Mail delivery is 7-9 business days. Expedite Mail delivery is 3-6 business days.

My product arrived damged: We only take responsability for items shipped via Expedite and Tracked Mail. Items damaged during shipping must be notified within 3 business days. Email us at info@nvseurope.com with your order number, phone number and pictures of the packaging and damaged item.
